I have been offered the following:
Etibor 48 (Borax Pentahydrate – Granular) Origin: Turkey
Approximately 5,100 Metric Tons **packed in one metric ton bags**. Located in Savannah, GA
The product was rejected due to water exposure from the hurricane. Supersacks were located in 2 warehouses. One warehouse is approximately one mile from the terminal and the other warehouse is located on terminal property.
The warehouse off terminal property has approximately 3,186 bags/4,579 Metric tons. This lot sustained the heaviest damage. Tide mark lines in this warehouse show standing water of approximately 9 feet above the floor (which was sufficient to cover nearly everything in the entire warehouse).
The 2nd warehouse (located on terminal property) has approximately 1,000 bags. The tide mark lines were approximately 10” (on bottom tier bags only).
Pictures and Tech Data Sheet attached.
Please note that there is a bid deadline of 12:00 Noon EST, Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE LOCATION OF CAR YET OR REASON FOR REJECTION. WE CAN SHIP THE CAR VIA RAIL. SO WE WOULD NEED RAIL DELIVERY (INCLUDING SERVICING CARRIER). IT WOULD BE BEST IF WE COULD KEEP THE CAR ON THE CSX LINE; AS THIS IS THE RAIL LINE THAT THE CAR IS POSITIONED ON.

I have attached an SDS that represents this material. The octane is 91 octane R+M/2. The customer used this material for use in engine testing. The study is now finished. The 40 partial drums are located at the facility that did the testing.
This material was bought new < 1 year ago. 200 drums in a warehouse in Linden, NJ. 40 drums in Plainfield, NJ.
They will not allow us to pump out of the drums at either location. If you can handle it in drums, I will request a copy of the labels of the drums for you. I can also show you a picture of the clarity of the material from the opened drums.
